I tend to stop in often, not always buying something. However their selection of fish recently has impressed me. I only feel the quality of care and knowledge in the employees lacks sometimes. Waited over an hr for help with two fish on my last visit. And I was the first person in the department.

I asked for small crickets and employee "Will" said yes we have small crickets and walked away quickly and disappeared instead of bagging up the crickets for me. So, I decided not to get any since he was so rude. The cashier needed change for my other purchase and called "Will" who never came to bring her any change. She gave me all ones so I could leave. Very poor employee management. Seriously disappointed in this store.

Thank you for helping me get my fish set up so they are happy and healthy! My last visit was fish accessories and food for my gecko. I did use their dog training service years ago and I found it helpful and the trainer kind and knowledgeable.
