Always clean, enough staff and staff are attentive

I have a very timid lab mix and still at the age of 10 will quake in her paws at the very thought of a nail trim. The groomers at Petco work through it and Dixie does too.

Brianna did an AMAZING job with my very nervous dog. She went above and beyond to give him a VIP experience when I wasn't able to book him correctly for it. She was so great and I truly appreciate her for making my Wesley as comfortable as possible! Pic is him resting comfortably at home post bath 💕
