With covid in place, Casper the trainer gives clients private lessons. Highly disappointed, he was not professional, and didn’t even greet my puppy. Old treats, had nonprofessional tools but used his experience with how he trained his 2 big dogs. My dog is 9lbs and responds differently. Potty training is even different abd I learned more on the internet than with this guy. Got my money back from the manager after my complaint. That was the only good thing that came noisy of this but I wouldn’t use this guy again
