They didn't even finish cutting and blow drying her hair. Said that she was biting the brush which she only does if she feels like it hurts, so they didn't finish her and didn't even bother to call me till 3 hours later.

Leean was amazing. She worked really hard to make my nervous chihuahua mix comfortable. She went out of her way to try new things. So thankful. Kuddos to her!!
