I've taken my dog just once here for a full groom. About a month a ago. I think it's a bit pricey even for a tiny dog. They did a good job though. The only thing that they could have removed more hair when brushing my dog. I had to do it myself because there was still loose hair all over. I've given 2 stars because a couple days ago when I visited Petco to get dog treats I walked by the grooming area and saw that one of the little dogs being groomed was bleeding. I could tell because there were all these bloody cotton balls on the table next to the dog and the groomer was holding one at the time wiping off the blood from on of his ears. My guess is that the poor dog got hurt when getting a haircut. So because I saw this I'm terrified about bringing my dog here again. Theres no way for me to tell what can happen in the process of grooming and I dont want my dog to be hurt and me not knowing about it because obviously they wont say anything to you.
