The groomer who handled my dog was new but he was very good with my dog. Usually my dog isn't fond of strangers and groomers have a little bit of an issue taking him but this groomer was patient and very understanding.

Amazing team who took care of my pups. They don't get excited to see everyone but when bringing me my pups they were excited to see them at the front desk!

The grooming associates were very helpful, and were very gentle with my skittish dog. They didn’t just drag her into the back, they took the time for my dog to get used to them and then took them. With my other two pit bulls they were able to handle their excitement and jumping with ease, and really cared for their experience at the groomers.
