I just walked in no greeting. Came to the register to spend almost 60 dollars. No hello, no welcome, no customer service. I even asked the cashier “ they don’t teach yall to greet your ?” ( think his name was Heriberto) just horrible service in general here. It starts from the manager I’m sure.

Always a terrific experience which is necessary and important especially for a senior dog.
My dog smelled great, was happy and the groomer took his time making sure all my requests were fulfilled.
