This was the worst groom I have ever had for my dog. His hair was choppy all over his body. His ears and tail were not only not trimmed, which I specifically asked for, but weren’t even fully combed out! I had to comb them myself when I brought him home. So frustrated to spend all that money to have him look worse than what I could do at home for free! I will not being using Collyn again.

My pet was able to get checked in quickly with friendly service and a great outcome. The staff also told me about the punch card program under the new app.

The groomer was great and very communicative. Also didn’t take longer than they needed to and gave me a 15 minutes heads up like I asked them to.
