My dog is on immunosuppressants, and the vet deemed some vaccines too risky for her. Petco had originally scheduled us with a groomer who left, and had to reschedule us for another date which was unfortunately past the expiration of her vaccination, and they refused us service. Very disappointing experience.

I've had much better experience with other Petco groomers. Mark groomed Sophie and was not all thst pleasant. Sophie was done in less than an hour and was wet when I picked her up.

While my 11-month-old Shih Tzu got nicked on the ear, PetSmart took full responsibility for the slight injury. As is their policy, my dog was transported to a nearby vet and received an assessment and wound care. I was immediately informed and sincere sympathy was conveyed by PetSmart. I was not charged for the vet visit and the grooming cost was deducted by 50%. I am very satisfied that everyone involved handled this minor, understandable accident with utmost care.
