very friendly. my dog was well taken care of. Tiffany was helpful when it came to my girlfriend bringing in her puppy to pick up my dog. She forgot her leash and Tiffany offered to carry my dog to the car because my girlfriend couldn’t carry both. Very nice and my dog looks good

My dogs were left with some long hair that should have been cut. I use to groom dogs for a living and understand some animals don't stand still very long, but the long hair should have been caught and trimmmed. I will use your service in the future and as the dogs get use to you I'm sure the trimming will get better also.

Worst grooming experience with Petco ever! I have a double coated dog, so she cannot be shaved. When the groomer asked what I wanted we went through it, just trim her leg hair, her hair around her feet, cut out the mats and trim back her butt hair. Plus I asked for a shed out. This is not what I got. They shaved her!!! Plus when she got home she drank a ton of water showing that she had not had water for a long time. Shame on them for not giving water to a 14 year old dog. Will not ever return. Also planning to call the manager.
