To date I have been happy with the service from Petco. Today I took my 12 yr old yorkie who is a sweetheart and because she couldn’t stand on the table to have her nails trimmed the groomer called me to come get her and not to bring her back. I tried to explain that she had been attacked by a big dog at one time and that was why it is hard for her to stand on a slick surface and too just lay her down and trim her nails and she told me they wouldn’t do that! She was a little rude to me.
When I went to pick her up she was on the phone arguing with another customer that she had to come get her dog cause she said it tried to bite her. Will not go back to petco!
