The staff were kind but I had to wait about 30 minutes after check-in even though I made an appointment in advance. You can't go in with your pet and they only do the vaccination.

Check-in is 10 mins before your appointment, eventhough you have an appointment it's a long wait almost an hour! Never again.

Vet decided to give my dog a 1 year rabies vaccine instead of a 3 year, which is what was indicated on his medical records and requested. Apparently nobody can create an amendment even though it's the exact same as a 3 year. I'm so tired of vets being for profit and using vaccines as a cash cow.
