My son had started daycare 2/7/22 after him being in their facility they called me about an hour later so I could pick up my son because some paperwork was missing. I wasn’t able to leave school that fast so I had my sister in law pick him up as she’s their waiting for me to get there she sends me a picture of my son and he has a scratch on his nose area so I ask her about it to which she responds that she thought my son had a cold (my son is 5 months old) I told her no please go find out what happened. She goes in, they tell her that one of the supervisors had noticed the scratch and that he had probably done it himself with the bracelets he had on, mind you one bracelet is a gold bracelet and the other one is made of thread (doesn’t make any sense at all) eventually I get to the facility i speak to the teacher and she says “I was cleaning his nose and he didn’t like it and he started waving his hands around a did it with his bracelet’s” (so now theirs 2 different story’s) they fail to inform me of the incident, they failed to make a written statement of the incident that happened to my son when he was in their facility under their care. As a mother I apologize for my millionths of questions and requested to see the video of the classroom so I could be more at peace to which they said they don’t have cameras in their classes. I asked how to they go about any future major incidents or issues and they pretty much said you have to take their word for it. Do with this information what you will, my son did not return to this facility even though the help was greatly needed.
