The wait time was not unreasonable. It was crowded, but there was enough seating. All of the staff were pleasant and professional. I really like Dr. Bekendam, also. It's always a good experience when I am there.

He is polite and friendly and let's me know what if my eyes are doing better or if if not then he leaves it up to me when I'm ready to move forward he is a very good Doctor. I just wish he could work at the Apple Valley office at least one day a week that would be so close to my home.

Dr. Bekendam was very knowledgeable, Friendly and professional, he explained everything to me very clearly. I was very satisfied with my visit. Also I didn’t have to wait that long. I highly recommend everyone to see Dr. Bekendam and Pacific Eye institute staff.
