Peter is truly a top notch realtor. He took the time to get to know us to best meet our needs. He spent countless hours with us looking for a condo/townhouse from Foster City to San Francisco. He didn’t miss a beat - he knows every neighborhood. We saw everything available on weekends and weekdays, sometimes going to a place more that once. He responds quickly to all forms of communication (even at 3 am). Thanks to Peter negotiating a great price, we’re thrilled to be settling in Half Moon Bay. My wife and I worked with Peter for nearly a year scouring San Mateo County for a suitable investment property. In all I think we must have made over ten bids together, chasing after properties that garnered multiple "over-bids" and, finally, as the market turned, securing a great deal after maintaining strict discipline on pricing. My sense is that any other broker would have lost his or her patience after it became clear that we weren't "overpayers", and that there might be more price-insensitive fish to fry, but not Peter. He stayed right in there with us, always patiently following up after every missed deal, learning more about our requirements and honing in on the right requirements. I found his work ethic impressive, and his dedication to his clients extremely admirable. If you get a chance to work with him, you'll immediately know you've got a reliable, dependable partner for not just one deal, but for any other transactions you may do in the future. He's very much in it for the long-term, and that's a rare quality you find in professionals these days. For me, that's paramount. Additionally, his knowledge of the Peninsula is very strong, and being a landlord himself he has great insight on what makes a rental property successful. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking either for a residence or a residential investment property.

I worked with Peter to find single family residence flips on the Peninsula. We toured numerous properties, wrote many offers, projected After Resale Value, calculated rehab costs, estimated profit/loss, reviewed vendors, and monitored/analyzed market dynamics. In short, he helped take my experience in other markets and apply it to the San Francisco Bay Area. I have had success in flipping and presently have several flips in various stages of management. I like working with Peter because he is knowledgeable, provides useful guidance, and is determined to help accomplish my goal of building a business. I will continue to work with him.
