This is my third time seeing this doctor, and every visit has been unpleasant, but today was the worst. He seemed irritated from the moment he walked in. He asked how I was doing, and I told him I was good and that I had stopped taking the medication he prescribed ("Omeprazole 20MG") because I figured I didn't need it anymore since I now have a tube in my right ear. He seemed very disappointed and started talking about how my reflux could cause fluid in my ear again.
When I asked how long I would need to take the medication, his response was, "I don't know, I am not a GOD." He was very rude and condescending. I had more questions, but he seemed rushed to leave the room. As he was leaving, he saw my body language and asked if there was a problem. I asked again how long the medication was prescribed for, and he replied six months and told me to make an appointment.
In my entire life, I have never experienced such unprofessionalism from a doctor. I highly recommend customer service training.
