Disappointed. Got an oil change when didn't need it because winshield sticker wasn't changed. So thought due based on time passed. My bad for not realizing, but be nice if they changed sticker or told me just had it done. . .Nothing computerized, pen and paper and files, so I guess info not at their fingertips. . .. Also fixed coolant leak, but noticed leak again within couple months. Their argument: probably another leak not same one. . Seems odd to me. .Now have an Cam ladder oil leak. Likely caused by coolant leak on it, which wasn't resolved. Wouldn't be so frustrating if service staff seemed more empathetic, not arrogant or accusatory.

The gentlemen at Peters Foreign Repair Shop go above and beyond in their service. Delivering timely communication, and offering the care that my 2017 Audi A3 needed. I will be returning to this shop in the future if I ever need to take care of my future car needs. Shout out to Ted and Paul for being the kindest people to work with and the entire staff as well for their excellent services.

As a long time owner of new, used, and sometimes "seasoned" European vehicles, I can say that every experience I've had with Peter's Imports has been positive. Every one of the staff is helpful, informative and honest. I have a good amount of mechanical experience on European cars and do my own maintenance. An added bonus is that Peter's adjoining parts store (Bartosh) is timely and always more affordable than the dealerships. Peter's technicians are well trained and very focused on thorough diagnostics, with great communication and no upsell. They aren't simply parts changers, and my repairs have all only been done once. If I'm ever in the weeds on a repair that I'm doing, or simply don't have the time, then I will always trust Peter's with my families cars. They're often busy, but it's worth the wait. The Vancouver/ Portland area are fortunate for such a shop. Thanks to Paul, Ted, Chris in parts and all the staff at Peter's.
