My family and I have been dealing with this company since the 80's. We've always had the best treatment possible. Kind, courteous and caring. Some people say they are expensive? Maybe they are a bit costlier than a Brick, but I get free delivery and if there is ever an issue, I never get the run around one gets at these big box stores. Make your choice and remember you get what you pay for.
The product was fine but I was promised that I would be called ahead 30 minutes before delivery - they did not call and which created a real problem as it was being delivered to a retirement home - ended up having to set up the bed ourselves Very disappointed with Randy's attitude. They did not seem to care as they had a busy delivery schedule I had talked with Randy at 3 different times - assured me no problem the delivery men to call ahead
