I haven’t ever been to their store, it was an online purchase, but you wouldn’t believe the great care Ray took in helping me get what I wanted and making sure I had what a I needed. Excellent customer care, great packing and shipping and the price was great. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy again (actually, just ordered some dust covers) or recommend them to others. I just wished I lived close enough to visit and say thanks in person. (Sorry, posted this under the wrong account before, needed to get it right.) :)

I recently purchased a new accordion. With 40 years experience of playing the accordion as well as purchasing accordions, this is my first Petosa. The buying experience of dealing with Petosa Accordions was exceptional and the instrument that I purchased is outstanding. I have owned and played some of the best of the best accordions ever made and my new Petosa is as good as any accordion I have ever played. I just acquired a Petosa accordion, model Artista Pro. Petosa makes the best accordions I’ve ever played. They are smooth and soft to play, clean and beautiful to look at, and totally solid and reliable. I play out, often 2 or 3 times per week between paid gigs, jams, and just fun, so quality and service matter to me. This is an excellent accordion, professional grade, and Petosa is a great company to do business with. The stand behind their product to ensure customer satisfaction, rare in today's world.
