I had ordered some Royal Canin Kitten canned food for my two kittens and was happy to receive the shipment sooner than I expected. Unfortunately, the food didn't agree with my kitties' tummies and I had to return it. PetRX was great about the return. Took the cans back with no problem and issued my refund that same day. I was impressed with how quickly the handled my refund. I would definitely use PetRX again! Highly recommend.
