It is definitely the worst pet store to go to!
I booked a reservation for my dog to get a bath and brush and there was a summer package that also includes teeth cleaning, paws’ moisturizing and nails trimming. It took them four hours to call me to give me my dog back. When I check my dog, his fur is not fully dried at all. The inner fur are super wet. So I asked them to dry my dog again and they were really reluctant after five minutes. They brought my dog back. My dog was still wet, but I didn’t wanna give them hard time so I said that’s OK. And when I brought my dog back to the car, I realized that they didn’t give my dog nails trimmed and my dogs paws are not moisturized apparently so I brought my dog back to the pet store again and I asked him if they did, the nail tramp training and the lady in the front desk said we absolutely tamed your dog snail and I said I don’t think so so there’s another groomer said she can take a look. And turns out they really didn’t give my dog nail trimmed and now I also wondering if they really gave my dog teeth cleaned and paws’ moisturized.
So basically four hours they didn’t do anything. They did nothing and there are lots of knots on my dog’s fur. I had to brush those knots off when I back home.I don’t really know what were they doing. I don’t know how they operating the pet store.
The two ladies were very mean to me and my dog, the groomer who trained my dogs nail was nicer. There was one lady with her hair up to the head with purple hair( I don’t remember) was really mean to me… definitely the worst experience… I will go to Petco or other pet store to give my dog bath. I feel so bad for my dog, he doesn’t know anything and he doesn’t know how to speak, I didn’t know what he suffered in there.
This is absolutely the worst store to go to! never go again! don’t go!
