We took our dog for cut and bath and they only did bath because our dog was afraid of a trimmer which we were okay with.
So we rescheduled for cut but our appointment got canceled by them. Very disappointed.

Took dog tou get cut and they called and said we bath and brushed because he wasn’t having it. So they charged us $80. What a ripoff. We wanted a bath and cut never going back. Never had any problems anywhere else.

It would be 0 stars but thats not an option. Been going there for years never had a problem until recently. They canceled my apt one day. Then once i did get her in they called after I dropped off saying my dog was not being good to come get her. Long story short, I'm pretty sure it is laziness and immaturity that is in the saloon as well as from the store manager. I'm actually waiting on corporate to check the security footage and get back to me.
