Made an appointment at 10:30am for a bath and trim for my Shih-Tzu (small dog) and by 4pm I hadn't heard back from them so I went to pick her up. When I called on my way there, they said they'd need another 45 minutes, which probably means they decided to start working on her when I called.
What's the point of making an appointment if you're going to start working on the dog whenever you get around to it. You're not handling objects, these are living, feeling beings.
My dog is really anxious (which I let them know when I dropped her off) and being kept in a cage surrounded by noise and other dogs barking and whining is really stressful for her.
Needless to say, we won't be coming back, nor would we recommend entrusting your pets to them. The Smart thing is to avoid them.
