We use Banfield Pet Hospital at Medford PetSmart. They are well staffed and we always get the same doctor and assistant. They give our dogs shots in the individual waiting rooms as we watch and are good with our pups. Year old Australian Shepherds, Tucker & Hudson.

I always receive great service at this store, so yesterday when the service fell below the high standard they've set I took the time to call this morning and talk with the manager Guy. Not only did he listen with complete patience and not one interruption he also responded in an overwhelmingly compassionate and professional manner that not only ensured I would continue to come to PetSmart for my animals needs, but also helped me understand the people behind the titles and name tags. Thank you Guy and PetSmart! I shall return :)
