This is not just this store & I will remove when they reverse this: Get the goldfish out of the tropical tanks!
Goldfish = COLD WATER (54°F to 74°F) & different water conditions (they poop a lot, so they tolerate more ammonia/nitrate) Tropical = WARM WATER (75°F to 85°F depending on the fish) and fish die with high ammonia/nitrate levels
THIS IS ANIMAL ABUSE. Do Better and get them out of there, you are killing/making all all your fish sick.

Went to pick out a hamster tonight with my daughter, who has spent the last year researching hamsters. She was so incredibly excited to meet her new friend. However, the lady who we had asked for help to purchase a hamster acted as if we were idiots who ruined her cleaning schedule. She was rude, barely helpful and obviously ready to go home. We were asked 3 different times if we already had an enclosure set up due to not buying one from the overpriced options. (Answer, yes.) Which is fine, just don't be rude to a little girl who has spent months saving up for her first self-bought pet. Luckily, miss (Waffles Tofu, Butterbean) will still be well loved despite the lackluster experience.
