My dog had a grooming appointment for 10:30am. I called at 4pm to see if he was ready for pick up since there had been no communication. The associate told me that they were just about to start on him 🤯 I didn’t pick him up until just before 7pm. When I got him outside, he had to go to the bathroom so bad. He must of peed for at least a few minutes which makes me think that he was holding it the whole time. He wasn’t taken out for a potty break. They discounted me 25% for a “doggie incident” with no explanation. I am furious about the lack of care given to my dog.

I just picked up some prescription cat food and they had a puppy adoption event going on.
Adorable, right?
I saw one employee dragging a puppy around by their leash. I actually asked her to stop doing it.
Poor puppies are terrified and have no idea what’s going on.
They aren’t even taking them out for potty breaks because when I was there one of the puppies had an accident. No I’m not talking a little bit of pee, Poor thing flooded it’s temp enclosure.

One of the rudest interactions I’ve ever had in a pet smart. I went to ask some of the workers to unlock a lightbulb for my tree frog, they looked mad I interrupted their conversation, I repeated the question, and the girl pointed at the other girl like she wasn’t the one to ask (they’re literally right next to each other) so I then repeat my question for a THIRD time. They then seemed annoyed and went to unlock it without saying a word to me. Just overall such an uncomfortable interaction that made me never want to come back. I’ve worked customer service all my life, and would never treat customers like an inconvenience. Only redeeming quality of this place was the sweetheart of a cashier, who was kind and actually acted like she cared about me as a customer.
