Can run out of stock sorta fast because they usually have really good deals even if not in-store the PetSmart website/app might have lower prices/show items as on sale/other deals etc etc and they always price match it if you ask without worrying about “being that person” lol. Probably my go-to for sure because of the wide range of selection overall with typically the best prices whether it’s pet food you’re looking for, or toys, accessories, random stuff to buy for your pet they probably won’t even care about but it’s cute so you bought it and more. lol Friendly staff too! Good stuff. :)

I called close to closing and, desperate, asked the associate if they had a dog kennel fit enough to house my post-surgery cat. Iona (sp?) was kind enough to go find exactly what I needed, on sale, and pull it down for me. When I arrived there was another associate (I didn't catch their name) who immediately stopped what they were doing to help me. Thank you both so much!!!
