Took my puppy for his first groom today...never again...they destroyed his poor nails, his paws look they were groomed by a 5 y.o... I'm actually not sure if that lady has any experience at all because I think my pup's traumatized :(

Two different times now we have utilized the hotel service and they have “lost” all of our dog’s possessions (blankets, toys, etc.) when we picked him up. Not even sure how that’s possible in a contained area of the store. Irresponsible and careless service. Do not recommend.

My puppy basically got a buzz cut on her head! Horrible grooming with a lot of patchy areas on her body and her head. We told them to leave the hair round her head . I thought we were clear because we even showed them a picture of what we wanted. Instead we received a full body cut and they blamed our puppy for being “wiggly”. Never going back again. Gave them a cute fluffy toy poodle and received back a shaved terrier looking puppy.
