Very friendly staff...they always remember me and my four legged princess... Sales always going on. Good prices normally. I love taking my dog to the toy isle and having her pick out her own toy so I never guess wrong. They always pet her and usually give her a treat at the counter... Staff is very knowledgeable about the products and they have all the answers to my questions and can make recommendations on products. The staff is what makes this place so special.

Our English Bulldog Roger stayed at the NE 24th Street, Bellevue store. The staff was wonderful and loving. We appreciate Carol and the staff for taking care of our Roger. Thank you!

Dropped my dogs to hotel and they are taken care really well.

Just edit for most recent return experience. This store is great and super friendly and efficient for online purchase though product was not sold in this place. Friendly staff and good environment. It really makes me a fan of PetSmart.
