Walked in and asked where would I find a pet gate for cat. *Points "over there on the back wall" not even a question as to which one specifically I am looking for. I guess customer service isn't a part of job description anymore?

Everyone is always so friendly and ready to help. We took our puppy in for a quick wash and Chris was amazing! She and the whole team were patient (our puppy is a true, pup, very excited and energetic) and communicative. They made me and Oreo feel comfortable. I was very pleasantly surprised.

Large shop with a large selection of cat food, cat litter, and other cat products. The food prices seemed reasonable but the cat trees were a bit pricey. There was a large selection of kitten food that didn't contain chicken.
