Went there today for “VERONICA” the pet groomer who showed up late and I can tell that’s the usual with her from her co-workers. Showed little to no interest in grooming my cat from the beginning, I had to call the Vet for her shots, she kept mentioning if the cat keeps meowing she’ll have to reschedule. My cat was meowing a little bit wasn’t aggressive and she rescheduled which wasted my time. My cat was groomed there several times before until Veronica showed up with little interest. I would never ever go back to this petsmart.
Note: This is not a Petco, so don't try any funny business like trying to use a Petco coupon and being confused as to why your coupon for Petco isn't working in a PetSmart.

People working there on a Saturday sure seemed to be enjoying their jobs, though.
