Always friendly helpful staff. Good options on food and accessories for many pets. Love that you can pay online and pickup. Wish there was a way to avoid going through the checkout line to do prepaid pickups but always a great experience.

I got lied to from the groomer I think her name was Kaylee or something but I went in to get my dogs nails clipped and added little extra service to shave her paw hair and only got her paw hair shaved. Was lied that my dogs weight was really under weight and I told the girl my dogs paws were sensitive and she did something that my dog cried and kicked her in the face by accident out of reflex. I can see everything going on through the glass. I didn't want to belive wat my family and friends say for this place but I'm starting to believe their right. The groomers should be trained better knowing different dogs react differently when being groomed. Stopping mid service isn't ok if they are professional. Seems their really not. Sad 😔 never coming back for grooming or nail triming.

Darby is the BEST groomer! She’s so sweet and never disappoints. It’s amazing to find a groomer I can trust 100% to take care of my dog. Never taking her anywhere else! Thank you Darby ❤️
