Diana (sorry if I’m wrong) helped me out with my adoption of a leopard gecko. She was knowledgeable, sweet and so helpful. I have always kept hamsters, and after my last one passed I wanted to give something new a try. Did a ton of research, had 95% of what I needed. I can tell the associate helping me really cared. I’m glad all of my adoptions with petsmart have been so happy. Now I have Basil 🌿 and he is already so sweet. I’m so thankful.
Very kind, helpful staff. One of the gentlemen working the floor welcomed me warmly and offered assistance. He helped me install the PetSmart app and showed me how to navigate what is in stock at various locations. The lady at checkout was equally as lovely and assisted me in creating my member account. I was able to receive a discount on my items. Yay!
The cat carrier I purchased is great quality; perfectly posh pink plaid for my little British Shorthair princess. The fresh cat grass at the register is fragrant, but not overwhelming. Thank you for helping me spoil the newest member of my family! Thank you for a pleasant visit.
