My dog had an appointment on Monday 6/29, but they called today because they had cancellations between 10-12. I dropped by dog off at 1045 and they called at 1215 to let me know she is ready. Just arrived. My chihuahua usually gets a 10 hair cut. I come in and no hair on her face has been cut……. She still had uneven whiskers and a whole full blown mustache and her eyebrow hairs are super long. Why did I waste my time rescheduling and driving all the way here for a haircut I could’ve given my dog at home. When I first reached for her a bunch of hair fell all over my clothes….. if you’re going to do a half job, please don’t expect a customer to pay full price. …. The person who cut her hair is now on lunch but another lady came and said “I want to understand what you want” … for it to look like my dog just left the groomer and had a haircut… I can start there please. Why is her mustache hair hanging over both lips? Why are her whiskers still 2-3 inches long. I paid for a bath and haircut. Did she receive either? I feel like I am being punked.
UPDATE. came back and she looked fine. I asked did you blow her off for the excess hair. She stated “I wiped her off with my towel”. Yep. I’m being punked.
