Terrible new groomer for July 29th appointment. My son's Golden Retriever looks bizarre after the job the gal did on her ears and top of her head (?), chopped up feathering on her back legs, etc. The gal said it was because Fiesta kept barking at her, but Fiesta's 10 years old and has never barked, so probably not... Won't be back.

Pet groomers: I bring my lab in every 3-4 months for a quick wash for the last couple years. Never had a problem, usually great service. Today was refused because their wash load was too much , nevermind we had an appointment. Interesting since they wanted to upgrade my puppyboy to a full wash. I have no problem doing the full bath for their prices but last time they did such a horrible job that I refuse to do their full bath packages. After leaving my review, I noticed that apparently this trend based off the new reviews being left. #DoBetterPetsmartGroomers

I told the lady in the grooming salon that it was supposed to be the puppy rate which was $15 less and she said that a 5 month old is not considered a puppy. I loved the haircut they gave her but don’t lie to me about the pricing, that’s messed up. I called the other PetSmart to corroborate this information and they said it’s considered a puppy up to 6 months. Never going to this location again.
