We've been going to PetSmart for over 10 years with our dogs. Today we went to this PetSmart to get our dogs nails grinded (as we do every month as an early walk in) but today the lady kept asking other groomers if they had time or WANTED TO do a nail grind and 100% stood there and said "NO"!!.The lady asked me to walk around for 5 minutes and come back, which we did; but NOW the lady says do you have an up to date rabies vaccine? I said she just got all her shots 2 weeks ago and here is a Portland DOG LICENSE (which you have to have an up to date rabies vaccine to get a dog license) and I also had her prescription for Nexgard from our vet but she said, "NO"! I won't/cannot work with your dog!!! Obvious they did what they had to in order to not do a nail grind as they showed 5 minutes prior!! We left and after thinking this over, I had to leave a review because after being such a loyal customer for multiple years and being told, "YOUR RABIES VACCINE EXPIRED 2 WEEKS AGO" but not offering to make an exception (as another PetSmart did 2 years prior, as the same thing happened, we just forgot to bring the cert in) We will be taking our dogs elsewhere from now on. Makes you really think, if they're really this rude and non understanding here, HOW ARE THEY REALLY WITH OUR BABIES WHEN WERE NOT PHYSICALLY IN FRONT OF THEM??? Great Customer service. 👎

Stopped by today to pick up two items, the cashier was extremely rude. He was being snarky and sarcastic only because I didn't have a rewards account or want to sign up for one. I assumed customer service would be a priority here, but it is always awful.
