My dog has dislocated his hip and, thankfully, only partial and got it back in prior to medical help. (Was headed to emergency vet) they got us in that afternoon as we got lucky, and they double-checked to make sure our pup was good to go. I expected an x-ray and a high price, but after looking at the dog, they said that wasn't really needed since it's pricey and our dog wasn't showing any symptoms. I was blown away but grateful they didn't just use our wanting our dog to be OK to raise the price on us. We just moved to the area, but the last few times we have come in. (3 dogs total) they have been great. I trust this office with all my pups.

Employees have no idea what they're doing. The store looks disorganized, the animals for sale look sick and in need of vet care, and the daycare is a MESS. I literally watched multiple employees spray the eyes of a dog with something (wasn't able to see the bottle) to get him to let go of a toy that was apparently STUCK IN HIS MOUTH. I've had dogs my whole life and that's not at all how you handle that situation. They could have easily damaged his teeth and jaws, if not more with how hard they were pulling on the poor thing. And every single one of them downplayed the situation, even the managers. This place is a mess and a danger to pets. Go to mud bay and pay a real daycare for pet sitting.
