We have brought our dog here for her grooming since we got her 6 years ago. We loved Emily, and she always took good care of her. Ever since she left, they are closed on Thursdays. Brought the dog today for her nails to be done. Now they changed to no grooming on Wednesday. When I asked an associate, she was rude and said in a snotty tone "It used to be Thursdays. Now it's Wednesdays." It's a pain in the butt, and I will go somewhere where I don't have to deal with ever changing hours and snippy employees!

Don't have your dogs nails done here. They did half a foot and could not keep my pooch contained to do the rest. They cut her quick the first time taking her to a PetSmart in Arizona. Thought maybe a fluke, took her to the one in Uniontown and they don't carry the harnesses to handle a dog that don't sit still. Took her to copper ridge vet and they had her done in 10 minutes. And a beautiful job. PetSmart is good for selling overpriced dog food tho. Go at our risk.

Wanted to get a couple fish. The goldfish tank had about 20 dead ones in it. Nobody ever even acknowledged me yet alone wait on me. There was no phone or bell to ring for assistance.
