Made an appointment 3 weeks in advance and my groomer was 20 minutes late— I was told to walk around the store with my cat until the groomer got there. My cat has very high anxiety and the vet recommended putting him on anxiety medication which I included in the notes of my appointment and after waiting the 20 minutes for them to show up the groomer told me that they can’t groom animals on anxiety medication. I would have appreciated knowing that ahead of time.

Kind of a by the books pet store. Checkout here always feels off, like it could be done better. I've never shopped here before and made it through the line as quickly as I would like, but all the employees seem nice and are very helpful when you have a question to ask.

I can not under good conscience recommend anyone go here. Their products are fine but their staff is awful. I have visited twice and left with traumatized crying children twice, from their STAFF. My children are not bad or misbehaving. Their staff just appears to hate children and make it very well known to the kids.
