I always love the two petsmarts that I go to. They are all patient with both my dogs and my kids as some visits its hard to tell which is which haha. They have knowledge and if not they ask for help. They have good stock of items just pricey is the only complaint. The cost of feeding our pets is really sad and a topic that needs to be discussed.

I just got a new puppy and went to a local Krisers... The one downtown by king Soopers. I was the only one in there. I had questions about pet food and would have been a repeat customer as I shop at King Soopers. The man was so rude, pretended to be more knowledgeable than myself, only spent 1 minute with me before walking off. I started to thank him...he turned around and said what? I said, I was trying to thank you for your time. I left and drove 20 minutes to pet Smart, where they were kind and had plenty of time for me... I tried to support a local business but they treat you better at pet smart!

I tried this place for the first time. We chose the grooming package for our dog. The package included grooming, nail cutting, ear cleaning and shower. However, neither nail cutting nor ear cleaning was done and the grooming was already done very carelessly. And despite this, I had to pay the full fee. I never recommend it!!
