Entire Team was excellent in completing draft trust, will, home protector trust, and advanced directive and signing of documents in just under 3 weeks prior to planned heart surgery. I didn't expect this be the case knowing this is typically a multi-month process depending on the complexity of the trust and depth of assests involved They insisted on completing prior to surgery date, and they were able to make it happen. Would recommend to anyone looking to setup a trust and protect assests to help to take care of aging parents and disabled siblings.

Three years ago we were referred to Pettis Webber for our Trust questions. Beckie explained the process clearly and thoroughly and within a few short weeks, we had our Trust Documents in hand. Documents included : Certificate of Trust : Trust Will and Testament : Durable Power of Attorney : Health Care Directive Trust Assets : Non-trust Assets It was such a relief to now have docs and a process in place to save time and worry for our family in the future. Our grateful thanks to Beckie and Karen for their professionalism, courtesy, and knowledge in preparing our Estate Planning Docs.

We redid our estate planning documents completely. PWP did a thorough job and had good recommendations for how to accomplish our goals. We appreciate that they followed through to get changes made on all of the accounts affected, so they are not finished when the documents are signed. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the length of time it took for them to get documents to us.
