First and foremost I love P.F. Chang’s we were visiting from NYC it was my boyfriends birthday and upon arrival the customer service was amazing. Angelina our server did everything she could to ensure that we had the best experience. She was very thorough in explaining the menu and was very prompt with service. The food was very delicious and well prepared. We will definitely be back.

I have good memories of eating at P.F. Chang's in Seattle. It closed at some point during the Covid-19 shutdown. I cannot recommend this P.F. Chang's in Anaheim. We came with similar expectations of quality and were disappointed.
We ordered these dishes:
- The famed lettuce wraps: Lacked freshness, light on the savory meaty stuffing we remembered and heavy on fried puffed noodles.
- Beef with broccoli: Decent flavor, but on par in quality with a Chinese outlet in a food court at the mall. Lacked any nuance.
- Singapore Street Noodles: Imagine undercooked thin noodles, drowned in a curry sauce and overcooked small shrimp. This was so awful we asked them to take it back.
- Korean Glass Noodles: They brought us this dish to appease us after we sent the Street Noodles back. The menu says it has onion, mushrooms, bell pepper, egg and a sweet-spicy sauce. It was a pathetic dish (and $20.50 too) with onion and carrots but no discernible egg or mushrooms.
The waiter never offered to refill our water throughout this ordeal of a meal until the end when we asked for the check and asked for some water because by then our throats were parched.
We paid more than $70 for this meal. One should skip this place. You could do a lot better at a food court.
