My review echos many others. This is a horrible pharmacy with terrible customer service. The manager is not open to addressing the concerns of his customers but rather makes excuses for the poor quality of service while berating his clients. They will ignore your order, not follow up and then yell at you when you address your issues. I will be working with my doctor to find another compounding pharmacy. No business with such disdain for it's clients deserves more business.

2.14.24 I was charged for medication covered by my insurance! Having had hand surgery in this building, the Rx was sent here. Family picked up for me. Only recently I found out they were charged for it! Filing a complaint with the insurance company, I was informed I needed the Rx bottle plus the receipt in order to get my money back from this pharmacy! That was two weeks ago! Rx was only for few pain pills after surgery. I don't have that anymore. I do have Medicare, medi-cal and extra help insurance. I don't pay for my rxs!

This pharmacy overcharged me and won't take responsibility for refund.
