We hired Mr phleps in March this year. After giving him 5 grand, and him mqking promises to call, and keep us updated. I have not been able to speak to him one time since I paid him. When you call his office, you will be aggressively spoken too by one of his rude receptionist. After he has your money, he does not care what you think, and does not have the respect to return calls, even after you notify the staff, that your upset. We have reached out to the attorney General, and the bar association of Washington, to file grievances against Mr Phelps. Beware, do not hire.

Mr. Phelps represented me in a civil matter with a no charge unless I win the case policy. I was personally stressed about the matter but Phelps and his team made the process almost to easy for me, almost allowing me to sit back as a spectator.
After litigation was finished we won the case and the original terms were exactly honored. I couldn’t have been happier with his legal representation and I would recommend him to anyone and everyone, civil or criminal. He’s a professional that gets the job done and makes it as easy on his client as possible. 10/10, 5 Stars, best attorney in the area hands down.

This group of lawyers is extremely unprofessional and not worth the money or time it takes to get anything done with them. My husband employed their services last year. Not only did they not communicate any progress or hang ups in handling his case, they frequently did not return calls. When his court date came up his lawyer no-showed. This is after my husband reached out yesterday to say he wanted to have a quick 5 min meeting before his court appearance. Doug Phelps ended up showing late to court, wasn't briefed on anything and was entirely unprepared to do his job. They had to request a recess so my husband could brief him on the case. The entire office is utterly useless.
