Throughout this period, Phil, Stephanie and Jen stayed in close contact with us in Germany always ready to assist with any question or concern we had. Phil and his associates were make or break in our home buying experience. He was prompt, professional, courteous and his expertise in the industry is at the top. We purchased a brand new home and during the construction Phil sent weekly videos of the progress. Being in the military and on another side of the country, Phil made the process painless and interceded several times to ensure our needs were being met. Phil was great. He explained the process from beginning to end and made sure we understood everything. He gave us the strategy for pricing the house right. Once an offer was accepted Phil and his team took care of everything from the minor repairs to the scheduling of the septic transfer. All we ever had to do was sign forms via electronic signature. Phil made the process so easy and always got back to us when we had questions. Phil is upfront and honest about everything and helps you every step of the way. We would definitely recommend Phil Sharp for buying or selling a home.
