We thought Philip was so great to work with when we bought our townhouse that we decided to use him again when we moved a few years later. He is great at helping you understand what aspects of a house are most important to you, pointing out issues with potential houses, and just keeping the whole process running smoothly from start to finish. His very quick and open communication also helped lessen the stress involved in selling/buying/moving. We'd happily recommend him to friends and will look to him if we decide to move again.

Philip is hands down the most knowledgeable, organized and supportive agent I have come across, which is why I have and will continue to recommend him to everyone I know.
