Phil was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful when it came to my wife and I buying our first home. He was there through the whole process, even made sure to keep us updated and answer any questions or concerns we had while he was away on vacation. From start to final paperwork he was there making sure we were comfortable and confident with our choice. If I were ever to move and buy again,(fingers crossed I won't have to) I would definitely use Phil again.

Philip was amazing! He was very responsive and addressed all of my questions and concerns. He took the lead on communicating with the builders and updated me along the process. Buying a home can be very stressful and nerve-racking, he made the process as simple as possible. Three months into my home and I am still as happy as I was on the day I got my keys!

We were so grateful to have worked with Philip. He was knowledgeable, and responsive with every question we had. He was very prompt with all responses and process updates throughout as well. Philip has a great attitude and was helpful in ever way possible. Before Beginning our journey with Philip he asked for all the details of what we were looking for in a home and he never went outside our specifications, or price range, he never pressured us into anything we didn't want or ask for.
