Arvun is great! Whenever I go, he recommends me something and I usually buy it. He is knowledgeable about the store and makes a comfortable atmosphere

I've spent a decent amt of $ here, for ME. My sales person stopped responding to my texts! Just because I'm a "Sale" customer and ask questions?? I, too, am a sales person at a high-end shop and would NEVER ghost a customer. I'm shocked and dismayed. Is this a reflection of the brand??? What have I been buying into?? Rudeness?? Judgmental attitude???
