Good place to snag a brew and work. Has power plugs inside and seating outside

I had a train in 15 min. The place WASN'T BUSY AT ALL. I asked them if they could do it in the time frame, and they said they could. I don't know if its because of my age, but the people behind me were getting their coffees and I was still waiting. Then my train came and I didn't have my coffee and 5 dollars were wasted. I'm very frustrated because all customers are customers regardless of what they look like, and the first should have the priority, and despite the delicious coffee that I have had at this location in the past, I am VERY disappointed with the poor treatment I received, and I hope the priorities will remain in the future. I didn't get my coffee and instead, all I got was disappointment in this shop, and my money gone to waste.

Coffee was good, tastes like Philz coffee. Staff was friendly, service was quick. Good instance of a chain coffee place.
First thing I noticed was the nice, lofty ceilings and the welcoming energy of the space. Has tall windows that swing open to let in a nice breeze. Ample seating, and not too busy at noon. Wall space had lots of local events and listings posted-felt very community oriented. Also, loved the music selection! (2010s, Frank Ocean etc).
