After living in Seattle for a few years and having one not-so-great dentist experience downtown I am so glad to have found Phinney Ridge Dental. I’ve had tons of dental work and because of that I’ve been pretty nervous at dentists offices in the past but I feel completely comfortable at Phinney Ridge Dental. Dr.Bickel takes time to explain procedures/options and has never once made me feel like he’s trying to “sell” me on anything. There have been a couple times I’ve needed last minute appointments and Kathleen at the front desk is amazing and she has always managed to squeeze me in quickly. She’s also super nice and always puts a smile on my face!

Best dentist I’ve ever been to. They are personable, compassionate, and just kind people. Dr. Bickel takes his time to explain what he’s doing to ensure you’re comfortable and know what’s going on. The staff is incredibly friendly and remember who you are. I would highly recommend!

I had a good services-That's why I recommended my husband to go. I told the receptionist that my husband preferred his appointments on Fridays, but she made it for Monday. I called and the receptionist, instead of helping and being kind, was rude. The first time I called they were very friendly but I don't know who answers the phones today, in the end she told me that they don't work on Fridays and they never told me that at the beginning. The website says that they are open on Fridays but the reality is different. We have wasted 4 months, they changed our appointment and instead of helping, they get angry for canceling when, I give them 7 days notice. Be careful, they cancel at the last minute and if you want to change, they get upset. The Dentist was nice but I don't think he knows how they treat his patients. Terrible costumer services.
